Ready to apply? We recommend drafting and saving your work in a word editing program and then copying and pasting your answers into the fields. If you leave the page with out finishing the form, your answers will not be saved. If you are only entering one piece, you can skip the questions about #2 and #3 artworks. If you have any questions or need any assistance filling out the form, please email info@greencastleartscouncil.org. Once you have submitted your form, please email photographs of yourself and your submitted work to info@greencastleartscouncil.org. Your application will not be considered unless we have all required information and payment by the deadline. Checks can be mailed to Greencastle Arts Council P.O. Box 631 Greencastle IN 46135. Paper application forms can also be found at the Putnam County Public Library.
