Help us highlight the unique qualities of Putnam County and celebrate young artists by spreading the word about the “We Art Putnam County” Banner Campaign contest. We are seeking submissions of original art by local children to be professionally printed on light pole banners and displayed around the city of Greencastle. The artwork should reflect what they love about Putnam County – favorite attractions, locations, or activities. There is no cost to enter.
BASIC GUIDELINES:
– Any middle school-age student residing in Putnam County, Indiana, is eligible to enter, including home-schooled children.
– Entries can be any medium, however, simple designs that are bold with clearly defined lines will translate the most successfully as a banner.
– To be eligible for consideration, entries are due by noon on Friday, April 30.
– Submissions can be turned in to the applicant’s art teacher or at the Putnam County Public Library.
